 Special Information for Booking Vacation Rentals in Key West

The high season runs from December 15 through Easter, during which time a one-week minimum stay is required at most Key West condos and Key West vacation rentals. During other times of the year, a 4-night minimum stay is required. For longer stays, price can be negotiated. Key West vacation rentals are available on nightly, weekly and monthly basis. Not all Key West condos are pet friendly and smoke friendly though there are some that can accommodate pets on additional charges and these can be $200 per night. Usually linen and towels are included in the rent but you have to pay an additional state tax, security deposit, and a cleaning fee.

Located near the Whitehead Street, The Green Parrot is a classic drinking bar is more than a century old and features some of the finest musicians in the country and there is no cover charge.

The bar is a kind of open-air saloon and offers spine tingling cocktails and ice-cold beers. Its Juke Box features mostly blues - Chicago, Memphis, Texas or Delta. It also features Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Galactic, and North Mississippi All Stars. The Rolling Stones are right up there. Parrot provides the very best in musical entertainment with an eclectic schedule. Virgilio’s at La Trattoria features a fine rotating roster of mellow musicians and a great nighttime menu, which includes their wonderful chocolate martini with crème de cocoa and godiva liquer.
