Ordinarily a minimum stay requirement can vary between 3 and 5 nights. There are two ways to decide the best time to visit Key Largo. If you love crowds, the best time to visit is the summer and fall months, which attract vacationers from UK and Europe as many great events are scheduled during this period.
The late summer and early fall time provides the best vacation values because the schools are open by this time and the crowds are thinner.
Winter months have their own charm because the prices are low up to the 20th December. The crowds too are lower. Those who love solitude are welcome to visit during this period.

| Key Largo is just an hour away from the Miami International Airport. Just rent a car or get aboard a shuttle bus. From Miami International Airport, take LeJeune Road south to 836 West. Take the Florida Turnpike south toward Key West. The Turnpike ends at US 1 in Florida City. Follow U.S. 1 south about 22 miles to Key Largo and you are now in the Florida Keys. |
