Getting To and Around Coronado |
Coronado is serviced by San Diego International Airport at Lindbergh Field with numerous flights daily, between San Diego and locations throughout the country. Coronado is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. Several rental car companies are available over here. Even shuttle service is available through several companies, including Coronado Livery and Cloud 9 Shuttle. You can reach Coronado from San Diego by the San Diego-Coronado Bridge or from Imperial Beach in the south by the State Highway 75.
It is easy to get around this 7.5 square mile city without a car. A well-established public transport system includes buses, trolleys, shuttles, and ferries. You can also go around on a bicycle, a pedicab or on a gondola.
