Payment Policy:
- All Rates in US Dollars.
- Rates do not include 12% Florida state and resort tax.
- Reservations require a $250 deposit.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival, or with deposit if the dates are under 60 days away.
- Reservations for less than 6 nights require a cleaning fee of $85.
- Pool and spa heat is optional for $25 a day and requires a minimum of 3 nights.
- A $250 credit card authorization for the security deposit will be required at check-in by the property management company.
- Payments may be made by check, money order, certified bank check or credit cards. Payments must be made using US funds.
- If you wish to pay with a credit card you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal, however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for the transaction.
