Payment Policy: A deposit of two nights lodging is due at time of booking reservation. The full amount is due 45 days prior to arrival. An additional 3% charge may apply if a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card is used.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or by mail; no phone cancellations will be accepted. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by us shall be granted only if property is re-rented for the same rental period. There is a cancellation fee of $50 even if the unit is re-booked. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no shows or emergencies of any kind. Travel protection is recommended.
