Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

A deposit of $200 is required for reserved, to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 5 days without deposit.

Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay.

$125-$150 Monday - Thursday.
$150-$175 Friday - Sunday.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge, unless you plan to reschedule your stay and wish to leave your deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year without penalty.

Cancellations for reservations made from April 1st to October 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one nights stay plus service charge, if cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date.
