POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Rates are subject to a 15% service charge, applicable state taxes and change without notice. A 60% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due at departure. We accept Visa and Mastercard, personal checks, traveler's checks and money orders.
	Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, you will be held responsible for the total lodging cost (including taxes) if we are not able to rebook the accommodation. If the accommodation is rebooked or you cancel prior to 60 days from your arrival date, a refund will be given, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total lodging cost plus taxes.
