	Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. Mentioned rates are for the first two weeks of the month. Third Week: $625 Fourth Week: $315. Cleaning fee is $75.00
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00 to cover card processing costs. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: Pets must be approved in advance. No alligators allowed.
	Check In Time: 4 PM Check Out Time: Noon Time Zone: Eastern

None. Cleaning at end of stay covered by cleaning fee.
