Monthly rentals starting October - March: $1250/week
Cleaning fee $75, tax/handling fee 10%
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
 
Rules: No smoking.
 
Check In Time: 4 PM CST
Check Out Time: 10 AM CST
