Payment Policy: All payments made in US Dollars.

A $300 deposit due within 7 days of making reservation. The deposit is refundable when condo is found in order. Rates include all taxes and fees. The entire rental fee is due 2 weeks before the arrival of guest.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation fee is $25 unless the cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the arrival. At this time it becomes the $300 deposit.

Rules: No Smoking. No Pets.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to register.
