Payment Policy: All Rates in British Pounds.

Christmas and New Year: £500.
Rental Rates adds 10% sales tax.
Additional daily rates are normally charged at one sixth of the weekly rate.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
Over 60 days notice £20.
30-60 days notice 50% of total rental.
Less than 30 days 100% of total rental.

 
Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Pets and Smoking are not allowed inside the villa, smokers can use the covered patio, porch etc. Note: Please provide your own ashtray.
