Newly built, spacious Executive-plus villa with own private pool and spa.

Payment Policy: Currency - US dollars. 10% deposit to secure booking. Remainder at least 8 weeks prior to departure date. Payment by cash or personal cheque/check preferred (or by using PayPal - surcharge applies, see below). Last minute payments (within 7 days of departure) must be paid in £ sterling using PayPal and a 3% charge will be added to the full amount (less any special discounts offered). Bookings made 10 weeks or less prior to arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking. (Please Note: There is an additional charge for pool/spa heating.) The on-site management company will require a breakages deposit of $250 or credit card swipe.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel the booking, the Lead Name on the Booking Form must write, using Recorded Delivery, to the address on the booking form. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The closer your cancellation is to the arrival date, the less likely it is that we can re-book the villa. Our cancellation charges therefore increase the nearer it is to the arrival date. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover your cancellation charges. Cancellations made between 60 & 28 days of the proposed arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less the deposit and any expenses incurred. Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full. (Please Note: The initial 10% deposit is non-refundable.)

Rules: Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to our villa. The customer agrees that the owners of this property are indemnified against suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to include personal belongings. The customer agrees that the owners of this property are indemnified against any and all injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises. The customer agrees that the owners of this property are indemnified against any disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god' (inclement weather etc.).
