KIHEI VACATION CONDO RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

Condo is located on the ground floor and overlooks a green and secluded part of the garden. The condo is very spacious at 818 square feet, with one bedroom and two bathrooms, and has a large tiled lanai with a big round table, 4 chairs and a lounge chair. The pool is within 70-80 feet from the lanai.
The bedroom has a new high-quality king bed, and there is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Both living room and bedroom have cable TV. There is a stereo system with CD-changer and a VCR in the living room. We also have high-speed cable Internet in the unit, that you can use free during your stay.
We enlarged the living room by removing the table and chairs, replacing them with four barstools adjacent to the kitchen counter. Both bathrooms are remodeled, they now have showers rather than bathtubs. The A/C unit is located in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels!
We have installed a number combination padlock on the bedroom closet. This is an owner's closet and it is only available to guests who rent directly from us. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella and some sand toys. The code and the opening instructions will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
