Whitepine Villa is located on Indian Creek just minutes away from the Disney theme parks.Just off Highway 192.The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a seperate tv lounge with a double sofa bed. Bathroom 4 is off the hallway.The villa has a large open plan lounge with dining area.Open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. The garage has a large washer and dryer. The lounge has patio doors leading out onto the covered lanai and pool deck area.There are also doors from the master bathrooms onto the pool deck for the convenience of our guests. The heated pool is 36ft x 15ft with a spa pool attached. Backing onto a wooded conservation area, and fenced in on both sides, this area is not overlooked and offers a private and secure area for sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining. the whole of the pool area is screened to enable our guests to enjoy the warm Florida evenings outside, without being troubled by by insects. There is a large dining table and comfortable chairs for long lazy evenings to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings and plan your next hectic day. We have provided plenty of sunloungers for everyone too.The villa is fully air conditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans. The feeling of space and light gives the villa that "WOW" factor the minute you walk through the front door. Our aim is to make your stay at Whitepine Villa as comfortable as we can. Hopefully this holiday will be one of your most memorable, for all the right reasons. For the comfort of all our guests the villa is a non smoking residence and we regret that we do not take pets.
