The French doors and windows open direct to the Lanai and pool area; all are fully alarmed for children’s safety. Our executive, family, vacation home is built on an oversized, south-facing, premium lot. There is a double garage which has been converted into games room. The pool deck is situated at the rear of the property and measures 40 feet by 20 feet and is fully screened and has a 24-foot by 12-foot, heated, swimming pool with fountains, a heated jacuzzi® spa, and featured underwater illumination and ornamental waterfall and fountains.
