We would like to welcome you to our lovely villa which is situated in the peaceful community of Briargrove. This is 2 miles from the Interstate 4 which makes all the major attractions within easy reach. Championgate golf resort is 2 miles away and there are several other golf courses nearby as well as fishing opportunities. All the attractions and shops of the 192 are only 5 -10 minutes away.
Our pool is south facing and is set in a large garden which is completely surrounded with a fence so is not overlooked. The pool deck is furnished with luxury loungers, and a table and chairs for those alfresco meals and an umbrella for shade. Pool heating is available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with the addtion of ceiling paddles in every room for additional confort in the hot weather. The family room has alounge area with cable TV, DVD and Cd players, the formal dining area comfortable weats 6 The master bedroom has a queen bed and 28" cable TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with twin vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television and closet, while the third has twin beds, television, closet and is decorates with a space theme. These bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a tub and shower unit.
The kitchen has a breakfast nook and is supplied with all the necessary appliances, cookware, crockery and cutlery.
