DAVENPORT VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

New in 2006, this beautiful four star property has a large great room with vaulted ceiling, television, DVD and CD players, 2*2 seater couches and 1*3 seater which also converts to a further queen bed. There is also a coffee table and two occasional tables with lamps. The dining area seats 6 to the table with a further table and seating for 4 in the kitchen nook plus two bar stool at the breakfast bar. The two double en-suite bedrooms are at the rear of the property, each side of the lanai. They overlook the pool area and lawn with conservation beyond and both have a TV, clock/radio, and one telephone. The two twin bedrooms to the front and side share a full bathroom which has direct access both from the front bedroom [which also has small TV, and the hallway. Digital telephone, [free within US and Canada] high speed wifi internet and multi chanel digital TV are all available thru the cable service. All the main rooms plus the lanai have fans and the house is air conditioned/heated. Front keys are kept in a coded box. The bedrooms are carpeted and all other rooms, which are tiled, have rugs.

There is a safety bar and alarm at the glass doors leading onto the lanai and pool area. This is Florida law and gives you peace of mind if young children are in the house. The villa is in a small enclave of 12 houses at the rear of the subdivision of 96 homes, and backs onto the conservation area with the pool and decking in full sun until late afternoon.
