There is plenty of room in D304 to accommodate all of your family's needs. The kitchen is well supplied; dining area seats 6, and there is even a breakfast bar for the early morning risers. The condo is so close to the beach that you can take your ice cold drinks to the beach and come back for more without feeling like you went further than the water itself! If your visit takes place in the winter or spring you will enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and the amazingly clear ocean views. There is plenty of room here and several spots to kick back and enjoy a good beach read: the comfy couch, the private balcony, and the double size roof top patio. In the summer and fall months you will appreciate all the beach and pool amenities provided by the owner. For a day at the beach you will find an ice chest, carrier, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach towel, and sand toys. It'll be hard to resist the call of the waves and the warmth of the sun just outside your door. Just bring your swimsuits and sunscreen and let the vacation begin!

The master suite loft is perfect for a romantic retreat and for families with a private bath and sliding doors to a magnificent ocean view roof top patio. On the patio you will find a dining table and chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs for your ocean view enjoyment. From bed you can watch television, waves, or at night, the lit pier. The stairs lead down from the suite to the family room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has it's own entrance to the bath, and a door to shut for privacy from the common rooms. You will find it exquisitely decorated and equipped for your comfort with two new double beds with thick pillow top mattresses. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and large window for beautiful views and comfortable ocean breezes.
